  1. I watched in AM and liked the idea that Matthew Sura, attorney for Commerce City, put forth about jurisdictions creating a “Heat Map” as a solution for Alternative Site Analysis. This is a map that layers various criteria, like schools, flood plains, and so on, such that the layers show overlap most intense. It would be consulted for each application rather than a new study for each. That’s how I understood it.

    Also, I took note on a fact that Climate Reality put forth… That sulfur hexaflouride is 23,000X more impactful GHG than CO2, and it’s used to house some of the electric features of a well. It’s not methane and not really a byproduct, though used as part of the extraction plan. Anything required in the work recipe should apply to cumulative impacts, which are not getting much attention thus far.
